Evaluating an organization in its wholeness, rather than its parts, is a good way to chart ‘business’ health. Wholeness begins and ends with a company’s human resource. A holistic business perspective considers people’s feelings, innate wisdom and overall inter-relatedness. Organizations, not just individuals, benefit from a holistic approach.

It is possible to make income for a period of time by simply consuming capital, ideas, supplies, people and customers. Yet, when healthier, more holistic competition enters a market, customers switch and market share declines. It is not the best and the brightest that survive, it is those most adaptable to change.

Most company founders will go through post-entrepreneurial depression just as superb atheletes experience acute post-game depression. The very traits that serve so well in getting a company off the ground can also bring it down. It isn't easy leading a business. Thomas will assist you to continue to thrive by providing a Strategic Sancturary® with which you can reflect, renew emotional resources, recalibrate your intuitive compass and identify strategic partners. "The rushed existence into which industrialized, commercialized man has precipitated himself is actually a good example of an inexpedient development caused entirely by competition between members of the same species. Human beings of today are attacked by so-called manager diseases, high blood pressure, renal atrophy, gastric ulcers, and torturing neuroses: they succumb to barbarism because they have no more time for cultural interests." --Konrad Lorenz, Zoologist and Ethologist, Shared the 1973 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine.

It is wise and profitable to improve relationships in every aspect of life. A holistic approach to business relationships attracts and retains the best owners, personnel, suppliers and customers. To learn about Leadership Mentoring Certification®, one-to-one or as a management team, click here.
