Thomas began his business career on Wall Street in 1965, as a 'PSD' intern. He formed his own company, Brightman Associates International®, twenty years later in August of 1984. Today, his principal clients include, but are not limited to, newly emerging, family owned and nonprofit organizations. He also has a long comsulting history with Fortune 500 copanies.
He is adept at applying family systems insight in organizational settings. In 1989, Thomas founded the Change of Heart Center® for mentoring individuals, one-to-one, with their personal and professional life strategies.
